We also have addresses in the USA to receive goods for customers who wish to purchase from online stores that do not ship to Thailand, or for those whose shipping costs would be too high if sent directly to Thailand. Our offices are located in New Jersey and Minnesota. Our team in Minnesota will verify that the purchased items arrive safely and as per the customer’s order. The team will take pictures of the goods and send them to the customer for verification. If the items do not match the order, we offer return shipping services. Our team will securely pack the items for return shipment to Thailand. We process shipments twice a month, importing them into Thailand and distributing them to the customer’s specified address. For the New Jersey address, no package checks are done. For customers who do not require repacking before shipment, the goods received at our New Jersey address will not be opened for inspection. We process shipments weekly from New Jersey, sending out one batch per week.
